² Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status.
Registration fees are payable in advance of the conference. In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the online registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by (air)mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact the conference secretariat.

Cheques should be made payable to Elsevier and should be sent with your completed registration form. In order to pay by bank transfer, you will first require an invoice. An invoice will be sent to you by airmail upon receipt of a signed registration form completed with your contact details and registration details. The reverse side of the invoice provides Elsevier bank account details for transfer purposes. Please do not transfer fees until you have received your invoice. It is essential that you include your invoice number when instructing your bank. Please forward a copy of the bank transfer documentation to the conference secretariat.
Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the conference secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by 8 May 2010, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 22 May 2010, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 22 May 2010, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable. In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
Please be advised that no photography or video/sound recording of conference presentations is allowed to take place during the conference.
